In a great location, this Abersoch holiday cottage is very well presented and equipped with modern luxuries such as Wifi, Sky Plus, Bose sound system offering all the comforts of modern home living.
Ty Ni has the luxury of being within a few minutes walking distance of Abersoch village, which offers a choice of tea-shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, and many other shopping facilities within this quaint coastal village. Abersoch’s beautiful Blue Flag beach is also just a few minutes away and offers a treat for everyone from young families playing together on the sands to water sports enthusiasts, including windsurfing, sailing, paddle-boarding and much more. There are excellent amenities on and around the beach area. There are also lovely beach walks for all capabilities.
Ty Ni is set in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. The local shops are minutes away on foot in Abersoch village as well as its wonderful Blue Flag beach with its beautiful golden sand, cafes, yachts, moorings and water sports with a breath-taking view across the bay to the mountains providing a friendly and unique location for all. There is a good choice of shops in Abersoch and Pwllheli with lovely fresh local produce, as well as The Abersoch Farm Shop at Sarn Bach, which is a lovely shop and cafe and just a mile away from Ty Ni, selling extensive local and Welsh produce (lovely pies and ice cream!) and also gifts. The Farm Gate Farm Shop at Mynytho also provides a wide variety of lovely fresh produce. You can visit there, order online or by telephone for free local deliveries. If you would like to pre-order, both farm shops will deliver your groceries in time for your 4pm arrival. Additionally, Tesco, Asda & Waitrose online grocery orders can be delivered to this property.
All in all, these features provide ideal holiday accommodation across the board for couples, young families and extended family groups.
